I have an idea, who do I speak to?

What happens to the FitXR Insiders Group?

Over the past few months we've been using the FitXR Insiders Group as a means to gather insight and feedback from our Community. To anyone that's participated in that way we're incredibly grateful - and there may still come a time where that forum is useful once again - but for now we're wanting to cast the net a little wider.

So where do we leave feedback now?

We're opening a feedback forum through a tool called Frill.

If you want to submit an idea then all we ask is your name and email. This means we can look to run workshops and focus groups in the future with people who are at the heart of the features suggested.

What's the point of the forum?

Our development roadmap has been packed out for some time, meaning we've not had capacity to take on Community driven initiatives. We're still super busy, but looking further down the line we want to make sure that we're staying close to the pulse of our users.

So you're aware, the forum is not the place for bug reports, or support requests.

I submitted an idea, but it's not showing up?

All ideas submitted to the board require approval before they go live. If you've submitted an idea, but it's not there, then it either means that:

  • There's a similar idea on the board already, and we're trying to avoid duplicates

  • We didn't feel like the idea was appropriate for a public forum

If you've got any concerns, you're more than welcome to contact us on Support@fitxr.com to discuss.
