The Flamelink billing section allows you to manage the following aspects of your account:
Change your subscription plan (read more here)
Update your billing details
Manage linked credit cards (read more here)
View and download invoices (covered in this article)
Manually pay invoices (covered in this article)
PLEASE NOTE
In order to navigate to or change the subscription plan and add-ons, you are required to be an OWNER of the project.
Navigating to the billing area
From the project dashboard,
Select the context menu for your project
Select "Manage Project"
Select the "Billing" tab from the menu on the left
View and pay invoices manually
From the Billing dashboard, select the "Invoices Panel" in order to expand it.
To download an invoice, select the invoice # link or select "Download Invoice" from the context menu.
To manually pay an invoice, select the "Manual Payment" option from the context menu for any "Open" invoices and follow the on-screen steps to manually settle an invoice.
Please note: Once an invoice has been paid, it can take some time to fully process. Allow for one hour, refresh your browser and then check to see if your invoice has been updated.
