Inviting New Users

This article explains the steps required to add a new used to your existing Fleetpin account.

To begin, ensure you are logged into Fleetpin from your Desktop/Browser (rather than the mobile app).

Navigate to the Admin console.

Select Users.

Tip - From here you can view, manage and edit user permissions (User roles). If you wish to restrict users' access and permissions to your Fleetpin account, we recommend you create a User Role with your preferred permissions before inviting a new User. (eg. User A can only See Assets X, Y & Z and can not Edit them)

Select Invite User

Complete the fields shown (email and User role are required) and select Send Invite.

Tip - An invited user will receive an email to access your Fleetpin account. This email is only valid for 48 hours. If the invite hasn't been accepted within 48 hours, you will need to complete the above steps again. You can also edit their User Permissions again even after you initially send the invitation.
