Recently a small handful of our users were having an issue where they logged into our Fleetpin mobile apps (both iOS or Android) and were getting stuck on a blank white screen.
After some investigation, we found that the issue isn't related to our Fleetpin application but is related to apps or system updates not being install on devices.
As per our browser support policy we don't support outdated browsers and apps and it is the users responsibility to manage their devices and updates.
How do I update my device?
If you receive a blank white screen on logging in one of our mobile apps...
iOS
Go to Settings > General > Software Update
Install all updates.
Android
Check both the following updates
System update
Settings -> Software update -> Install
Android System WebView
Navigate to Play Store ->User Icon -> Manage app and device ->Update apps
