No. Flippd is an inventory and profit tracker, not a cross-listing tool. Flippd never creates or posts a listing on any marketplace for you — including Whatnot, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Vinted, Etsy, and Facebook Marketplace.
You create your listing on the marketplace as you normally would, then record it in Flippd so your inventory, profit, and reports stay accurate.
What "Mark as Listed" Means in Flippd
When you mark an item as Listed in Flippd and pick a platform, you are telling Flippd where you listed it so it can track the item and calculate the right selling fees. Nothing is sent to that marketplace.
The One Exception: eBay
Flippd connects to eBay, but the connection is one-way — Flippd reads from eBay. It imports your existing eBay listings and sales into Flippd and keeps them updated. It does not create, edit, or end listings in your eBay store.
So even with eBay connected, you still create the listing on eBay. Flippd's job is to pull it in and track the profit.
See How do I connect my eBay account to Flippd? and What does eBay sync update — and what does it never touch?.
Why Not Whatnot?
Whatnot does not offer a public API that lets outside apps create listings on a seller's behalf. Without that, no third-party app can list to Whatnot for you. The same limitation applies to most live-selling platforms.
You can still track everything you sell on Whatnot in Flippd — add the item, mark it as Listed with Whatnot as the platform, and record the sale when it sells.
Good to Know
Selecting a platform in Flippd is what drives accurate fee and profit math — see What are the selling fees for eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, and other platforms?
If you cross-list the same item on several platforms, set the platform to wherever it actually sold when you record the sale
Importing a spreadsheet brings existing items into Flippd, but it does not post them anywhere either
