Floorzap includes Excel and PDF export buttons on list pages throughout the app — including Customers, Quotes, and Invoices. Here's how to use them.
Go to the Customers section.
Notice the Excel and PDF buttons at the top of the list.
Click Excel to download the list as a spreadsheet. The file will download automatically.
Click PDF to download a PDF version of the same data.
The same export buttons are available in other sections. Go to the Quotes section and click All Quotes.
You'll see the same Excel and PDF buttons. The process is identical.
The same applies to Invoices. Go to All Invoices.
Choose Excel or PDF to export your invoices.
