It depends mostly on you — how quickly you upload your documents and complete your Willo interview, and how quickly your references reply. Once everything is submitted, our onboarding team reviews each item, usually within a couple of business days.
The things that most often slow people down are: waiting on references to come back, waiting on a VSC (these can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks depending on your police service), and documents that have to be re-submitted because the photo is unclear or the document is out of date.
The fastest way through is to upload clear, in-date documents, give references who'll respond quickly, and complete your interview as soon as you get the link.
