Your own staff access Florence through Florence Go (a phone app) and the PWA (the same thing in a web browser). Both share the same back end, so whatever your staff do flows straight back into your dashboard.
What your staff can do there:
See their rota — the shifts you've booked them on.
Pick up extra shifts open at their location.
Accept invitations you send for specific shifts.
Submit timesheets, where these are enabled for their location.
Request holiday leave — see the article on approving leave requests.
Good to know for Canada: your staff are set up by you rather than self-onboarding in the app, so in-app onboarding and one-time login codes are off. Reminders reach your staff by SMS and email. To get someone started, add them under Staff — see the article on adding and managing your own staff.
