You choose the shifts you want. There's no set schedule and no minimum hours. You browse shifts near you in the Florence app, book the ones that suit you, and work as much or as little as you like.
Florence is for registered nurses (RNs), registered practical nurses (RPNs) and personal support workers (PSWs).
Everything happens in the app: finding shifts, booking them, filling in your timesheet, and keeping track of what you've been paid.
