Florence helps you fill shifts with qualified healthcare workers, without going through an agency.
You post the shifts you need covering. Workers nearby who are qualified for the role can see them and apply. You choose who to approve, and they turn up and work the shift.
Every worker has been through our onboarding before they can book anything. That means we've checked their registration, their Vulnerable Sector Check, their immunizations, their training certificates and their references. They've also had a video interview with our team.
You can see who applied, what they're registered as, and their ratings from previous shifts before you approve anyone.
After the shift, the worker fills in a timesheet, and you approve it. That's what we bill from, so you only pay for hours that were actually worked and that you signed off on.
If you employ your own staff, you can also use Florence to build their schedule, manage their leave requests, and see your permanent and temporary staffing in one place.
