How to start a conversation on Intercom 

１．Click on the bottom right icon shown as below.   

２．Under the "Your Conversations," you will find a button that says "New Conversation" (boxed in red below) Click this button to start a new conversation.  

３．Once the dialogue window appears, enter your query in the text box (as depicted within the red box)  

４．Click on the icon depicted below to send your message.

５．Once sent, you can check whether the message was read by our team by checking the text below your message bubble (this message also signifies that this message was sent successfully).
