When the AI Assistant returns data β exports, query results, or import previews β it displays in a full interactive table right inside the chat.
What you can do in the table view
Search across all data in the table.
Filter by column to narrow results to exactly what you need.
Wrap or unwrap text for readability on long fields.
Download the data as a CSV or Excel file.
When does the table view appear?
When you ask for an export: "Export all work orders."
When you ask a data question that returns multiple rows: "Show me work orders from March 25 that had a scheduled status."
When an import agent shows you a preview of what it's about to import.
How to use it for ad-hoc data questions
Instead of setting up a formal report, just ask:
"Show me open work orders at Site A with a total cost over $500."
The assistant returns the results in the table view.
Search or filter the table to find what you need.
Click download if you need the data offline.
How to use it for import previews
Upload a file and tell the assistant to import.
The assistant shows you a table preview of the mapped data.
Review the rows and columns. Talk back and forth: "The category column should map to work order category, not description."
The table updates. Confirm when it looks right.
Tips
The table view is ideal for questions that would take too long to answer with a formal report.
You can ask follow-up questions about the data in the table: "Which of these has the highest cost?"
