Create a project

  1. Open the AI Assistant.

  2. Describe the project β€” name, budget, timeline, stakeholders.

  3. The assistant creates the project record.

Create project tasks

  1. Describe the tasks β€” milestones, due dates, assignees.

  2. The assistant creates each task linked to the parent project.

Update projects or tasks

  • Tell the assistant what to change.

What you can say

  • "Create a project called Lobby Renovation β€” $250K budget, start date April 1, end date September 30."

  • "Add five milestones to the roof replacement project: demo, install, inspection, punch list, closeout."

  • "Update the roof project budget to $320K after the change order."

  • "Mark the punch list task as blocked β€” materials are backordered."
