Create a dashboard

  1. Open the AI Assistant.

  2. Describe what you want to see on the dashboard.

  3. The assistant creates it with the panels you described.

Add or update panels

  • "Add a panel showing vendor spend by category over the last 12 months."

  • "Change the date range on the work order volume panel to year-to-date."

Create scheduled reports

  • "Set up a weekly email report summarizing open work orders by site, sent every Monday at 8 AM."

Analyze dashboards

  • "What is this panel measuring and is the trend positive?"

What you can say

  • "Create a dashboard with work order volume, average completion time, and PM compliance."

  • "Add a panel showing labor hours by technician this quarter."

  • "Schedule a monthly report of vendor spend by site, sent to the VP of Operations on the 1st."
