Your FlowPath reporting suite is made up of dashboards. Every FlowPath instance comes with an out of the box dashboard set up. You are able to create and customize dashboards to suit your reporting needs.

Dashboards are made up of panels. Panels can be created for single metrics, visualizations (trends over time), text cards and tables.

  1. Single Metric - Displays data for any single metric selected in the drop down panel. Use this panel to measure KPIs such as daily work orders completed, labor hours, vendor invoices, event requests, and much more.

  2. Visualization - Displays a visualized chart for you to monitor trends over time. Use this panel to measure KPIs such as labor hours or cost trends, inventory levels, and equipment useful days remaining.

  3. Text - Static text panels that can be placed anywhere within the dashboard. Use this panel to display instructions on how to use or create clear separators between dashboard sections.

  4. Table - Displays data in table format for easy export. Use this panel to measure KPIs such as asset reservations, inspection schedules and labor hours.

Out of the box panels for Events include:

  • Average event duration

  • Average revenues per event/location

  • Total Events

  • Events Per Month

  • Revenue Per Month

  • All Past Events

You can also create custom dashboard panels to track other items such as:

  • Cancellations

  • Open Invoice Status Report

  • Requester Info
