FlowPath’s Reporting Suite is a powerful tool, made simply for you to extract insights out of your data. It is customizable, making it easy to monitor and measure information that impacts your organization.

There are four types of panels that you can create within your dashboards: Single Metric, Visualization, Text and Table.

  1. Single Metric - Displays data for any single metric selected in the drop down panel. Use this panel to measure KPIs such as daily work orders completed, labor hours, vendor invoices, event requests, and much more.

  2. Visualization - Displays a visualized chart for you to monitor trends over time. Use this panel to measure KPIs such as labor hours or cost trends, inventory levels, and equipment useful days remaining. Choose between column (bar), line or pie graphs!

  3. Text - Static text panels that can be placed anywhere within the dashboard. Use this panel to display instructions on how to use or create clear separators between dashboard sections.

  4. Table - Displays data in table format for easy export. Use this panel to measure KPIs such as asset reservations, inspection schedules and labor hours.

Out of the box dashboards include:

  • Work Orders – Filter by all work orders created, track trends based on work orders created, time to schedule, and time to complete.

  • Equipment Lifecycle – Filter by all equipment to see how often certain assets are breaking down, how much you are spending on each, and where you can start a PM Schedule to really help your team save time and money.

  • Inventory – Filter by inventory usage, and dive into trends based on how long you keep inventory stocked vs. how often you are using it. Also, see how much you are spending per item or any other filter available.

  • Vendors - Track how much and how often you are paying 3rd party vendors to fix the same equipment, compare costs, and make quick decisions.

  • Labor Hours - Analyze labor hours per user over various time periods, diving into all filters available for work orders. Meaning, you can really dig into your data!

You can save any dashboard as a PDF or .CSV file with the raw data. You can also set a schedule to have it sent to your inbox on whichever cadence works for you, such as weekly reports of inventory per location.
