How to Use the Equipment Agent Team

Updated this week

The Equipment Agent Team automates equipment data cleanup, PM schedule creation, and callback pattern analysis. It includes three agents and pre-built starter flows.

Status: Available now

Price: $200/month

Agents included

1. Equipment Standardization Agent

Reviews your equipment register for incomplete, stale, or inconsistent records and enriches them.

How it works:

  1. The agent scans equipment records for missing fields β€” manufacturer, model, warranty dates, manual links.

  2. It suggests or applies corrections based on model number lookups and cross-references.

  3. It prioritizes the most impactful gaps so your team fixes the biggest data quality issues first.

How to set it up:

  1. Go to Settings > AI Assistant > Equipment Agent Team.

  2. Enable the Standardization Agent.

  3. The starter flow for data enrichment is pre-built β€” turn it on and it runs on your chosen schedule.

2. Equipment PM Schedule Agent

Identifies equipment that needs PM coverage and creates schedules.

How it works:

  1. The agent reviews equipment that has no PM schedule or an insufficient one.

  2. It creates a PM schedule with the right recurrence, checklist, and assignee based on equipment type and manufacturer recommendations.

How to set it up:

  1. Enable the PM Schedule Agent.

  2. The starter flow for PM creation is pre-built.

3. Equipment Analysis & Trends Agent

Monitors equipment callback patterns and related operational issues.

How it works:

  1. The agent tracks which equipment generates repeated work orders in short windows.

  2. It produces a narrative alert and a supporting Excel export.

  3. Use the findings to investigate root causes and evaluate replace-vs-repair decisions.

How to set it up:

  1. Enable the Analysis & Trends Agent.

  2. The starter flow for callback analysis is pre-built.
