AI Agent Teams are packaged sets of autonomous agents that monitor, analyze, and act on your data on a recurring or trigger-based schedule. They work alongside the AI Assistant but operate independently — you configure them once and they run in the background.
Key concepts
AI Assistant — the main conversational assistant you interact with directly. Free for all accounts.
Agent Team — a group of specialized agents focused on one module (e.g., Work Orders or Equipment). Premium at $200/month per team.
Connected Agent — an enabled instance of an agent configured for your account.
Flow — a trigger or schedule attached to a connected agent that defines when and how it runs.

How to enable a team
Go to Settings > AI Assistant > Agent Teams.
Select the team you want to enable.
Review the included agents and starter flows.
Enable the team. Starter flows are pre-configured and ready to turn on.
How agents differ from the AI Assistant
The AI Assistant responds to your questions and actions in real time.
Agents run autonomously — they monitor data, detect patterns, and take action on a schedule or when triggered by an event (like an incoming email).
Agents report their findings and actions back to you through alerts and exports.
