Spending thresholds pertain to any cost a user attempts to submit within the FlowPath platform, whether that's adding/requesting inventory or uploading a vendor quote/invoice.
By setting a spending threshold within settings, you can create different spending tiers that will auto-assign an approver or group of users, which will then notify them of the activity.
An example spending threshold is if anything is attempted to purchase for more than $500.00, you can assign a manager or group of managers to be automatically assigned to a work order for approval.
