This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to customize and manage individual calendar settings in FlowPath.

2. To edit a specific calendar settings click on the calendars name.

3. You can edit the calendars name.

4. Click here to view your public calendar.
Quickly jump to calendar settings on the far right.

5. Select your calendar active or inactive and if the event visibility will be public or internal only by quickly selecting the buttons.

6. You can select a default assigned user for event request and or groups assigned as watchers if no area approvers are active.
Any area owners will show here or you can create new area owners for approvals.
You can also upload any attachments necessary.

7. You can integrate a Google/Microsoft calendars to the FlowPath event calendar.

8. You can setup work orders to be defaulted for every event, meaning if an event request comes in, these work orders will automatically be there based on category.

9. You can create billing fees for events as well as view and manage them.

10. You can determine if you will allow event requests to happen if there are conflicts or prevent it all together and enable if a work order will be required when submitted an event by quickly clicking on the box.

11. You can see current locations and categories that can be selected on event request along with layouts and you can change by selecting the "edit" button on each section.

12. You can edit and view your event request form and create a welcome section on your event requests.

13. Custom sections to your event request will be shown here and you can click "Add Section" or "Add Field" to create new ones, along with editing current details or adjusting the order.
