Reporting: Visualization

Visualization panels display a visualized chart for you to monitor trends over time. Use this panel to measure KPIs such as labor hours or cost trends, inventory levels, and equipment useful days remaining.

To create a visualization panel select a data source from the drop down. From there you will select your axis value for your data source.

Available data sources:

  • Equipment

  • Inspection Items

  • Inventory

  • Labor Hours

  • Vendors

  • Work Orders

Create a visualization panel

1. Click "Add a Panel"

2. Click "Visualization"

3. Click "Select Data Source" and choose what source you are looking for your dashboard.

4. Click "Select Metric" and choose what metric you want to look at.

5. Click "Select Grouping" and choose how you want the data to be grouped.

6. Click "Select Graph" and choose from the type of graphs. Pending the data values, the options will be column, line or pie graph.

7. Click "Select Date Cohort" and choose the date cohort you want to look at. If you don't see one you need, you can click custom and choose your own range.

8. You can also filter any of the available options below.

9. Click "Save" once you have selected all your options.

10. Click "Actions" to view panel details to change name or give access, download the graph, schedule or send for later and even delete if you need.
