Adding Watchers to an Events

  1. Accessing Events Module

    • Log in and navigate to the events module tab.

    • Calendar view will appear.

  2. Selecting Event

    • Click on the event you want to add watchers to.

    • Click on the edit option.

  3. Adding Watchers

    • In the event details, look for the watchers section.

    • Click on the option to add watchers.

    • You can add multiple watchers by selecting individuals.

    • Currently, the feature only allows selecting individuals, not groups.

  4. Saving Watchers

    • Select the watchers you want to add.

    • Click save to update the event.

    • The selected watchers will be added to the event.

  5. Editing Watchers

    • To edit watchers, go back to the event details and click on edit.

    • In the watcher dropdown, you can add or remove watchers.

    • Watchers will receive an email notification with event details and a hyperlink to access the event.
