How to Approve or Reject an Event in the Events Module

  1. Accessing the Events Module

    • Ensure you are in the events module by clicking on the events tab.

  2. Viewing Pending Approval Events

    • Use filters to view events that need approval.

    • Utilize filters for sites and locations.

  3. Reviewing Event Details

    • Click on the event to view all information.

    • Edit event details if necessary.

  4. Approving or Rejecting an Event

    • To reject, click on the red button and provide a comment if needed.

    • To approve, click on the green button and provide a comment if desired.

    • Attach any necessary documents before approving.

  5. Finalizing the Process

    • Once approved or rejected, the requester will be notified accordingly.

  6. Completion

    • This process allows events admins to efficiently manage event approvals and rejections within the events module.
