Create and Submit Event Requests on a Public Calendar

Learn how someone can easily see and request events using the public calendar.

1. When a requester visits the unique URL for the FlowPath calendar, they will enter in their email and phone number and then click "Submit"

2. One submitted, it will take the requester to a calendar view of events already scheduled that can be filtered.

3. You can filter by month and year to see events.

4. Filter to view events scheduled by account or site.

5. Filter to view events scheduled by location within an account.

6. You can filter by event category types.

7. View the events calendar by month, week, day or agenda.

8. To request an even, click "Request Event"

9. Enter in the event request with contact information. Be sure to include as much details as you can in the description for the request so the approvers know to help with the approval process.

10. Use the dropdown to select the accounts and locations available to request.

11. Enter in your event start date and time along with the end date and time.

12. If your event will be recurring, be sure to toggle it on to add when it will be recurring for the request.

13. Select the repeat cadence type. (Day, Month, Week, or Year) Pending selection, you will enter when it repeats.

14. For this example, the event will be recurring every week on Monday, by having it repeat every 1 week, and selecting Mon.

15. Click this radio button if the event request will never end, you want it to be continuous.

16. Click this radio button to have the repeat cadence end on a specific date, and then enter the date you would like it to end.

17. Click this radio button if you want the event to repeat only for a certain number of occurrences. For example, this event will repeat after 4 occurrences.

18. Pending on the request form setup, there may be some additional sections with questions that will need to be filled out. Any with the red * will be mandatory to fill out for the request. Additional questions may also may have branching logic, meaning more questions may pop up depending on how you answer a certain question.

19. If you need to upload any attachment, you will do so here. Example could be an insurance certificate.

20. If the work orders section of the event request form is enabled, you can request a work order along with the event request itself. If it is not enabled, you can disregard and click "Submit Event Request."

21. Click "Submit Event Request"

22. If there is a conflict with the event, FlowPath will notify you of the conflict.

23. You can view the conflict here and change your request to resolve.

24. If there is no conflict, FlowPath will notify you it has been submitted successfully and you will be notified via email if the event request has been approved.
