How to Submit an Event Request from a FlowPath Public Calendar

  1. Accessing the Event Request Form

    • Locate the large blue "Request Event" button in the top right corner of the public calendar.

    • Click on the button to open the event request form.

  2. Completing the Event Request Form

    • Fill out all required fields marked with a red star.

    • Any conflicts will be displayed on the left side of the form after selecting dates and times.

    • If no conflict bookings are enabled, ensure there are no conflicts present before submitting.

  3. Submitting the Event Request

    • Once the form is complete, submit the event request.

    • Receive an email confirmation with a summary of the request and a link to view it in detail.

  4. Viewing and Managing the Event Request

    • Click on the link in the confirmation email to open a detailed view of the event request.

    • Check the status of the event in the status section.

    • Communicate with the event manager by adding comments.

    • Upload additional attachments if necessary.
