How to Submit an Event Request from a FlowPath Public Calendar
Accessing the Event Request Form
Locate the large blue "Request Event" button in the top right corner of the public calendar.
Click on the button to open the event request form.
Completing the Event Request Form
Fill out all required fields marked with a red star.
Any conflicts will be displayed on the left side of the form after selecting dates and times.
If no conflict bookings are enabled, ensure there are no conflicts present before submitting.
Submitting the Event Request
Once the form is complete, submit the event request.
Receive an email confirmation with a summary of the request and a link to view it in detail.
Viewing and Managing the Event Request
Click on the link in the confirmation email to open a detailed view of the event request.
Check the status of the event in the status section.
Communicate with the event manager by adding comments.
Upload additional attachments if necessary.
