In the top right hand corner of the public calendar, you will see a large blue button that says request event.

To request a new event simply click this button and the event request form will appear.

Any fields that are marked with a red star are required to complete the event request form. You will be unable to submit the event request if these fields are not filled out.

On the left-hand side of the event request form, any conflicts will appear here once you have selected the dates and times for your event. If your event manager has enabled "no conflict bookings" you will not be able to submit a an event request if there are conflicts present.

Once you complete the form and submit your event request, you will get an email confirmation. This email confirmation will include a summary of information from your event request, as well as a link to view the event request.

Clicking into the link in your event confirmation email will open up a more detailed view of the event request in a separate window. From here, you can check the status of your event request or chat with the event manager by adding comments into the activity section. You can also upload any additional files with your comment if needed.

If you have any additional questions or would like more support with submitting event requests through the FlowPath public calendar, please reach out to your events manager, FlowPath Admin, or the FlowPath support team at support@getflowpath.com.
