Your system is fully covered under warranty for the first 90 days. Please note that the warranty only covers equipment installed by Fluent in your home, and not any pre-existing equipment or products connected to your system that were not provided by Fluent. If you encounter any issues with your equipment, including those caused by user error or weather, we will send a technician to your home to replace the equipment at no cost to you and take any other necessary steps. We stand behind our equipment even after the initial 90-day period has expired. If your equipment needs replacement due to normal wear and tear, it will be replaced. However, if a technician is needed to replace the equipment, Fluent Home will arrange to do so and charge our then prevailing travel fee rate.
