You may want to create a custom property if, for example, you print a newspaper, a magazine and a yearbook. Each of these items are considered properties within the flytedesk media kit, and you would need to create a unique property for each of these.

To create a new property go to your media kit > Mediums > Create New Property. 

From there, you can start filling in specific details about this new property. Give your property a name (eg. "Visions Yearbook"), type, and schedule type. Enabling product photos and/or reach type lets you customize the collections and products in your property to make them more appealing to advertisers.
