How to change your Sharesies password
You can change your Sharesies password by logging in to your Sharesies account and going to Settings > Account > Change password.
Reset your password
You can reset your password by selecting ‘Forgot your password?’ when trying to:
log in
buy or sell investments
withdraw money.
You’ll need to enter the email address for your Sharesies account, and we’ll email you a password reset link.
Follow the link, and enter a 6-digit code that we’ll text to the phone number in your Sharesies account.
After entering this code, you’ll be able to set your new password and log back in to Sharesies.
For security reasons, the link in the password reset email will expire after 24 hours. If you reset your password and receive an ‘invalid token’ message, you’ll need to start the password reset process again.
