CountyCare Medically Tailored Food Program:
Orders are placed every Friday, and first shipments typically arrive within 3-5 weeks from the week the member submitted an enrollment form response.
CountyCare Emergency Meals Program:
Deliveries are made within 48 hours if referrals come directly from CountyCare. For internal referrals, timelines depend on CountyCare's approval process. Once approved, members are contacted chronologically, and deliveries are made within 48 business hours of confirmation.
CalOptima Program:
Delivery timelines vary by vendor. Please allow 2-4 weeks before inquiring about status.
Santa Clara Family Health Plan (SCFHP):
We send daily referral files back to SCFHP, including food vendor assignments for those members that qualify for food benefits, within the next 24 hours. SCFHP sends authorizations for food referrals to the assigned food vendors. After these authorizations are sent, Food Vendors have an SLA with SCFHP to make their first outreach attempt to members within 24 business hours to get their food referral fulfillment process started. These outreach attempts will be in the form of phone calls and SMS.
