The member will HAVE TO follow the directions in the email that Instacart sent to them to unlock their account. Once it is locked, there is no guarantee that it can or will be activated again. Instacart only does this when a member goes against an internal policy or there has been fraudulent activity on the account.
The member loses all funds on their account until they can reactivate their account. If they never reactivate it, they lose them.
Instacart does have it built in to find other accounts by those that have lost access and will close those accounts as well.
If a member loses access to their account, we cannot give another form of incentive to them. They will then be seeing the RD for those benefits alone.
If a member cannot login to their Instacart account, they will have to reach out to Instacart for assistance, as we do not have access to their website.
