Please review the following steps if your member is having issues redeeming an Instacart code. Do not submit a ticket for redemption errors. The member will need to contact Instacart at 833-285-2200.
Instacart Error Code
Confirm member has logged into their foodsmart.com account
Click on the code and follow the link
Member cannot enter the code in the Promo section of Instacart- it will give an error
If Issue continues have member call Foodsmart Support at 415-800-2311.
Instacart Expired Code
Member needs to contact Instacart at 833-285-2200 regarding the error:
Read off the code
Get redemption status
If Issue continues have member call Foodsmart Support at 415-800-2311.
Instacart code redeemed in wrong member's account
Please fill out a Foodsmart Bucks ticket for RD redeemed in the wrong member account. You WILL need the following:
Either the date of the visit or the code that was redeemed in the wrong account
We cannot resolve the issue without this information
