Choosing Refund vs. Replace

After placing an order, you will have the opportunity to choose REFUND or REPLACE for EACH item in your order. If you do not choose REFUND, they will be REPLACED and all REPLACED items are charged to your alternate form of payment.

To avoid a replacement charge on their other form of payment, the member can choose REFUND instead of REPLACE.

  • If a member chooses REPLACE, their other form of payment will be charged and a refund will not occur, as the replacement is seen as an additional order. Most replacements are NOT Foodsmart Bucks (Fresh Fund) eligible. You can click on the picture of the replacements available to see if they are eligible.
