FORA did not join my meeting automatically; how can I add FORA?
In the event FORA does not automatically join your meeting, you can add FORA in a few different ways.
For ad-hoc meetings or meetings that are not on your calendar, you can add FORA from the plus icon in the left-hand navigation bar.
Choose a meeting title and paste in the meeting link URL from Zoom, GoogleMeet, Teams or any other meeting platform. Don't forget to add a category as well to ensure FORA categorizes the meeting correctly. You should be all set, FORA may take a moment to join the meeting.
If the meeting is on your calendar and was unscheduled or a link was changed shortly before the meeting. You can add the meeting from your agenda page or from the meeting summary page itself.
If you are unable to use either of the methods above, please ensure you have a valid meeting link and FORA is not being blocked from attending or sitting in a waiting room awaiting entry to the meeting.
