Note: All Conde Nast staff should now use Okta for logging into Copilot. The Copilot 2FA steps listed below only apply to folks without access to Okta.

If you got a new phone and don't have your secret 16 character key or if your code isn't working and none of these things apply, you can reset your Google verification code yourself.

  1. Log in with your user name and password.

  2. Click on the "Reset My Six-Digit Code" button.

You'll receive an email with a link which will allow you to get a new barcode to scan into your Google Authenticator app or Chrome extension. The new code that generates will get you into Copilot going forward.

If you don't have your phone, you can download the Chrome extension.

If you need further assistance, please contact Copilot Support.
