STOs issued and distributed by the respective Issuer Companies via the Fractual Platform are, in principle, designed to digitally represent your holding of the underlying bond and to be transferred.
However, Fractual does not currently offer an in-Platform secondary market or trading function, so you should not expect to be able to buy and sell STOs on demand.
In some cases, you may be able to transfer your bond to another eligible investor in a traditional way, in line with the terms of the relevant Subscription Agreement and applicable laws. Any such transfer is subject to the Issuer Company’s prior review and approval.
