When will I receive payments?

Updated over 3 months ago

Fractual bonds are structured without a fixed maturity date; however, each bond and its underlying investment is assigned an indicative investment duration.

At or around the anticipated maturity, and subject to the terms of the bond and the actual performance of the underlying property, investors are expected to have their principal repaid in full together with applicable target returns. An investment is deemed concluded once the underlying asset has been sold and all available proceeds have been distributed to investors.

During the investment period (prior to maturity), investors will receive periodic distributions, primarily funded by rental income, in accordance with the relevant bond terms and Subscription Agreement.
