I have lost one of my items in a Freebee, what can I do?

If you have lost an item while using our service, we are here to help! Our customer service department is available to assist you in locating your lost item. Please follow the steps below to report your lost item.

Contact Us

To report a lost item, please reach out to our customer service department using the "Contact Us" button below. This button can be found on our website or in our mobile app. Once you click on the button, you will be directed to a form where you can submit your request.

Select "Lost/Missing Item"

On the form, please select the topic "Lost/Missing Item" from the drop-down menu. This will ensure that your request is directed to the appropriate department.

Provide Details

In the form, please provide the date and time when you lost your item. This will help us narrow down the search for your lost item. Additionally, please provide a detailed description of the item you are missing. This can include the color, size, brand, and any other distinguishing features. Once you have completed the form, click on the submit button to send your request to our customer service team.

Next Steps

After submitting your request, our customer service team will review your information and begin the search for your lost item. We will contact you via email or phone if we have any updates or if we have located your item.
