I accidentally inputted my birth date incorrectly, when creating my account.

Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. In order to ensure that our users are abiding by Freebee's Age Requirement Policies, the birth date portion of your Ride Freebee account is uneditable once you've created your account.

Please contact us using this link. Follow the provided link to fill out our request form, selecting the topic as “Age Restriction". Fill out the form with your accurate information and provide a picture of your government issued ID using the upload feature.
