I accidentally inputted my birth date incorrectly, when creating my account.

If you have created a Ride Freebee account and need to update your birth date, please note that this information is uneditable once your account has been created. However, we are here to help and will gladly assist you in updating your birth date.

If you need to update your birth date, please contact us using this link. This will take you to our contact form where you can submit your request. When filling out the form, please select the topic "Age Restriction" to ensure that your request is directed to the appropriate team.

In order for us to update your birth date, we will need some information from you. Please provide your accurate information and upload a picture of your government issued ID using the upload feature on the form. This will help us verify your identity and ensure that your account is updated correctly.

Once you have submitted your request, one of our dedicated agents will reach out to you as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and will work to update your account as quickly as we can.
