If you have experienced an issue during your ride, we want to hear about it. When contacting Freebee support, please provide as much detail as possible about your issue. This will help us to better understand and resolve the problem in a timely manner. Some helpful information to include in your message may include:

  • Date & Time of Occurrence

  • Address of Occurrence

  • Service Area of Occurrence

  • Description of Driver/Vehicle

  • Any Other Key Information for Investigation
