Freebee provides a senior exclusive service within the City of Doral. Below you'll find everything you need to know regarding how to request and enjoy the service.
Service Rules & Eligibility
All requested rides must begin or end within one of the approved Doral Senior Service locations. Your ride must also be entirely within the Doral city limits.
You must be a resident of the City of Doral and 65 years or older to qualify for service.
You can request the vehicle for up to 5 people at a time (including yourself). Anyone under the age of 65 must ride in the vehicle with the eligible person creating the ride request.

Requesting the Service
Requesting a ride through the Ride Freebee app is easy! It will also allow you to communicate with/track your driver, see an estimated time of arrival, and redeem local deals/offers.
Download the Ride Freebee app from ridefreebee.com/download.
Create an account, filling in all necessary fields that you are prompted to fill out.
Verify your phone number. Once your account is created, you will be prompted to verify your phone number using a code that will be sent to you via text message. Once received, please input your security into the text field within the Ride Freebee app.
Tap "Request a Ride"
Confirm your pick-up location.
Confirm your drop-off location.
Confirm how many people the ride is for.
Submit and enjoy the ride!
If you do not have access to a smartphone or having any issues requesting, please feel free to dial (855) 918-3733 to request a ride! One our dispatch agents will assist you in putting your ride together and will provide you with an estimated wait.

Our Doral Senior Service hours of operation are as follows:
Monday - Thursday: 8am - 4pm
Friday: 8am - 8pm
Saturday: No Service
Sunday: 9am - 3pm
