Information on the City of Wellington's resident exclusive service.

Updated over a week ago

We're very excited to be servicing the community of Wellington! Please review the information below for guidance and requirements on requesting the Freebee service.

Eligibility
The City of Wellington and Freebee are offering service for riders that meet the following criteria:

  • Must be age 55+

  • Proof of age can be provided in the form of a photo ID

  • Must be a resident of Wellington

  • Proof of residency can be confirmed through the address provided on a photo ID and/or utility or water bill.

How do I Sign Up?

To sign up, bring your photo ID and water or utility bill to the Wellington Community Center (12150 Forest Hill Boulevard) for a one-time registration. You can also email your information to rides@wellingtonfl.gov.

How it Works
Once you've provided the information at the Wellington Community center or via email + have received confirmation that you are approved for the service. There are two ways to request your ride:

  1. Download the Ride Freebee app here to finalize your account with you information and request a vehicle. On the Freebee app, you can even score local deals, track, and communicate with your assigned driver!

  2. Call our dispatch number at 855-918-3733 to have one of our dispatch agents assist you with your ride request.

  • For more information on how to download the Freebee app, visit here.

  • For more information on how to request your ride through the app, visit here.

  • For a map of the service area, visit here.

If you have not contacted the City of Wellington in order to verify your eligibility in the program, we would be unable to provide service until you do. Please follow the steps in the "How do I Sign Up" section to ensure you are ready to ride!
