Regretfully, given the nature of our on-demand service, we are unable to provide multiple rides in one instance. This means that you cannot request more than one ride at a time using the Ride Freebee app. We understand that this may be an inconvenience for some of our users, but there are a few reasons why we have this policy in place.
Why Can't I Request Multiple Rides?
First and foremost, our top priority is the safety and satisfaction of our passengers. By limiting the number of rides that can be requested at once, we are able to ensure that each ride is completed safely and efficiently. Additionally, our drivers are often busy and have other passengers to tend to once your ride is over.
If you need to request multiple rides, we recommend completing your first ride and then making a new request for your next ride. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and efficient on-demand service for all of our users.
