Before you apply for your real estate exam please read the following:

  • Confirm that your name, address, email and other information on your certificate is accurate and up to date. If it isn't, please contact us for assistance updating your information

  • You must have our Massachusetts school license number to apply. Freedom Trail Realty School, Inc.'s Massachusetts real estate school license number is #1266

  • Download and read your PSI candidate bulletin which explains the examination process and includes any required forms to apply for your exam such as

Once you apply online via eLIPSE the DOL will start to review your application, and will notify you via email about the progress of your application.
