To apply for the NH licensing exam you are required to complete and send the examination registration form on page 14 of the candidate bulletin along with your certificate of completion to NHAppProcessing@psionline.com
You'll receive a confirmation email within 3-10 business days of submitting your application to schedule your examination and pay the examination fee online on PSI's website. The examination fee has been reduced to $67.
OUT OF STATE CANDIDATES (this only applies to candidates licensed in another state)
Candidates licensed in another state must provide:
Name of the state
License number
Dates of licensure
Certificate of good standing from the state licensing authority
