Do asynchronous on demand classes/study modules count towards your class time?

Updated over a week ago

Yes - the MA Real Estate Board allows you to count up to 19 hours of asynchronous classes towards your total course time. Once you finish an on demand class module asynchronously, it will check off the topic it covered on your dashboard so long as you still have asynchronous on demand time left.ย

If you have already used your 19 hours of asynchronous class time, asynchronous on demand classes will not count towards your class time or topics, and you will need to take classes with a live instructor to have them count towards your course completion. If you run out of asynchronous on demand time in the middle of taking a class module, no additional progress or credit will be given for any time taken after you ran out of time, and you will need to take the topic live to receive credit.
