Course purchases are eligible for a refund for 14 days. If you signed up in the last 14 days and haven't taken any classes yet, send us a message on live chat and we'll issue you a full refund. If you took some classes, no problem: we'll issue you a partial refund based on the class time you took so far.

If you have completed the course, used a gift card to sign up, or if it has been more than 14 days since you signed up for classes, we can't issue a refund. Sorry!
