The quick answer: If you're new to real estate take our salesperson class. If you're an experienced agent take our broker class.

The detailed answer: Every real estate agent starts their career with a real estate salesperson's license. Most of the time when someone says "real estate agent" they mean a licensed real estate salesperson. All real estate salespersons must work with a licensed broker. If you are new to real estate take our salesperson class. It's the class that's required to start your career in real estate.

You can get your real estate broker's license after 3 years of work experience as a salesperson. A broker's license lets you open you own real estate brokerage. Getting a broker's license is totally optional and many successful real estate agents never get their broker's license because they only want to sell houses, and don't want to run a real estate brokerage. If you have more than 3 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson and want to upgrade your license, take our broker class.
