How do I buy a course gift card?
To buy a gift card and give an online course as a gift, please visit the course gift cards page, select the online course and course plan you wish to give as a gift, and checkout. Gift cards may be purchased using all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not support purchasing gift cards with Klarna at this time.
How do I know what features are available for each course plan?
Good question! You can view the features of each course plan on the page for that course on our website. To view a course, select it from the dropdown on our homepage.
What time are gift cards delivered?
Gift cards are automatically delivered via email the morning of your chosen delivery date at 11 AM Universal Time. To convert UTC to your local timezone, click here. You will receive an automatic notification once your gift card as delivered.
Can I print a gift card rather than have it emailed?
No, sorry! Right now we only support emailed gift cards.
Do gift cards expire?
Yes. Course gift cards expire one (1) year after their date of purchase if unused.
I purchased a gift card and changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
Yes. Gift card purchases are refundable within 14 days of their date of purchase, so long as the gift card has not been delivered or redeemed. Refunds are only made to the original purchase method. Delivered or redeemed gift cards are non-refundable.
