How do I add and/or change my delivery address?

If you would like to permanently change your address:
1. Sign in to your FFF account.
2.Navigate to the 'Account Info' tab on the left hand side.
3. In the 'Delivery address' section, click the three dots next to your primary address and then click 'Edit'.
4. Enter in your address, the name of the address (Save Address As), and very clear delivery instructions.
5. Click 'Save' to confirm your changes.

Please bear in mind that all changes take two business days to come into effect or they need to be in place ahead of placing your Select order.

If you would like to update your address for just a few deliveries on a Goals plan, please follow these instructions:
1. Sign in to your FFF account.
2. Navigate to the 'Account Info' tab on the left hand side.
3. In the 'Delivery address' section, click 'Add Address'.
4. Enter in your address, the name of the address (Save Address As), and very clear delivery instructions.
5. Click 'Save' to confirm your changes.
6. Navigate to the 'Manage Delivery' tab on the left hand side.
7. Click on the day/s you'd like to change (you can only change one day at a time).
8. Click 'Change location'.
9. Click the address you would like the order to go to.
10. Click 'Confirm to confirm your changes.

Please bear in mind that we require two business days of notice to change the location of your delivery.
