All the meals are prepared and ready to be eaten cold. It is really a matter of personal preferences whether you would like to heat these up. This information is also shown on each meal label.

They can be heated in the microwave or oven.

Pierce the film on the meal and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes, or heat in the oven for 25 minutes on 180 degrees Celcius. Please note, all heating appliances vary, so make sure you check the food is piping hot before eating. Please remove the sauce pots and the lids before heating in the microwave or oven.
